Yogurt

I know yogurt is supposed to be incredibly good for you, but I just can’t do it.  I’ve tried it so many times over the years and I really have tried to like it, but I just can’t.  There’s just something not right about it.  I think it’s both a combination of really disliking the texture and of the flavors being too strong.  It probably sounds odd, but there is something in it that dries out my tongue.  Ugh.  I’ve tried both fruity and sweet flavors and can’t stand either of them.  It makes me sad because I would love to get all of those wonderful nutritional and digestive benefits that come from eating it.
