Fat Days?

May 6th, 2008 by Pamela

Tell me, do you have fat days?  We all have days where we feel less than our best.  In fact, most days seem to be such days for me.  :o) However, I never understood the concept of “fat pants.”  Until now.  Because frankly, every day was a fat day for me, and I was so overweight that a few pounds never made much of a difference.

I currently have two pairs of identical pants.  The only difference between them is that they are one size apart.  Yesterday, the larger size fit better.  Today, the smaller size fits better.  What gives?  I did weigh myself yesterday (yeah, I peeked) and I was up two pounds over what I am today.  Can two pounds (of what was probably water retention) really make that big of a difference?  I don’t get it.

I guess this is one of the fun new things I have to look forward to?
