I can't do anything with my niece and nephew right now and I feel so guilty saying no to their little faces! As you might be able to see I'm starting from the very beginning reading post after post, and you've just inspired me to give the 1 mile Lesley Sansone dvd, so thanks! I'm just at the beginning of my journey, 12lbs out of 280lbs lost so far and I'll need all the inspiration I can get :) That is so true about being able to run with your kids!
