V8: High Fiber

I’ve a confession.  I’ve never had V8 before in my life.  Ever.  A while back I wrote about hearing that V8 had a new high fiber version out.  Unfortunately, when I wrote about it, I was unable to find it anywhere!

I eventually gave up, but when I went grocery shopping at Super-Walmart this weekend, I finally found it!  In fact, it was pretty much by accident.  I just happened to notice it as I was passing by.

I think it was pretty good!  Kind of like a cold tomato soup.  It is a little salty, though, so you better watch the sodium levels.  The best thing about it is that it’s two servings of veggies for zero points!
