I’m flying high today! I lost 2.3 pounds this week, for a grand total of 155.9 pounds lost! I am only 34 pounds away from my WW goal weight.
I’m only 0.2 less than I was four weeks ago, but I’ve made up for all of my recent gains and am at my lowest weight so far on this WW journey.
I did great this week! I earned 29 Activity Points and ate every single one of them. I also ate 22.5 of my Flex Points (out of 35). Obviously, that’s a fantastic advantage to working out – I get to eat more! [ ... ]
