
Here is a list of items that I always keep in my kitchen and use on a regular basis (i.e., almost every day). I don’t know what I’d do without them or how I would stay on plan!
In no particular order:
Fiber Gourmet pasta (I can’t possibly rave about this stuff enough.)
Nacho Cheddar
Kernel Season’s
Mrs. Dash (My favorites are “Garlic and Herb”, and “Tomato, Basil, Garlic.” Because of these, I’ve almost been able to cut out added salt completely.)
