Here is a list of items that I always keep in my kitchen and use on a regular basis (i.e., almost every day). I don’t know what I’d do without them or how I would stay on plan!
In no particular order:
- Fiber Gourmet pasta (I can’t possibly rave about this stuff enough.)

- Mrs. Dash (My favorites are “Garlic and Herb”, and “Tomato, Basil, Garlic.” Because of these, I’ve almost been able to cut out added salt completely.)
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
- Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Bread (100% Whole Wheat with Honey)
- 1% Milk
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh, raw spinach
- Vidalia or other sweet onions
- Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Pizzas (Roasted Garlic Chicken is my favorite)
- Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fat/Sugar Free Fudge Lights
- Curves 90 calorie bags of popcorn
- Del Monte No Salt Added Peas (0 pts because of extra fiber)
