Uncovering Pamela
Learning To Live After Losing A Person

Kitchen Staples

June 12th, 2008 by Pamela

Here is a list of items that I always keep in my kitchen and use on a regular basis (i.e., almost every day).  I don’t know what I’d do without them or how I would stay on plan!

In no particular order:

  1. Fiber Gourmet pasta (I can’t possibly rave about this stuff enough.)
  2. Nacho Cheddar Kernel Season’s
  3. Mrs. Dash (My favorites are “Garlic and Herb”, and “Tomato, Basil, Garlic.”  Because of these, I’ve almost been able to cut out added salt completely.)
  4. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
  5. Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Bread (100% Whole Wheat with Honey)
  6. 1% Milk
  7. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  8. Fresh, raw spinach
  9. Vidalia or other sweet onions
  10. Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Pizzas (Roasted Garlic Chicken is my favorite)
  11. Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fat/Sugar Free Fudge Lights
  12. Curves 90 calorie bags of popcorn
  13. Del Monte No Salt Added Peas (0 pts because of extra fiber)

About Uncovering Pamela

On June 5, 2006, I began my weight loss journey. Now, over a year later, I have lost enough weight to equal an entire person. I still have a bit left to lose, but am already struggling with the ways in which my life has changed. This is my journey. Thank you for visiting!
