Spaghetti Squash

Once I got up the courage to try it, spaghetti squash became one of my favorite low calorie/low point foods.  For only 0.5 points, you can have up to 9 ounces (cooked).  Or, for only one point, you can have up to 13 ounces. It’s very simple to cook.  You just cut it in half length-wise, place it cut side down on a baking sheet, and bake it for about 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees or until the squash is tender enough to scrape out with a fork.  The temperature and times may vary depending on your oven, of course.
