Learning To Live After Losing A Person

It’s Really Paying Off!

July 11th, 2008 by Pamela

All of this added exercise is really paying off.  After reading Diana’s post about measurements, I realized that I hadn’t taken mine in almost exactly two months, so I decided to break out the old tape measure.

In the past two months, I’ve lost about 1 inch to 1.5 inches off of various parts of my body (waist, hips, etc.), with the most being two inches from my upper arm! Yippee!

Here are my total amounts of inches lost so far:

While I’ll never forget what it felt like to be the size I was, I’ll admit it is hard for me to imagine things like adding almost 18 inches to my waist or, heaven forbid, 20 inches to my chest!  However many inches, I think I’m going to keep up what I’m doing!

Wow! Pamela, your stats are amazing! I know what you mean how you can’t imagine adding 20″ to your chest. I feel the same way with the 7″ lost off my chest. It’s hard to imagine it was that much bigger, and I’m still 44 pounds from goal. You’ve done an incredible job. Totally awesome!
