Learning To Live After Losing A Person

Anyone have an oxygen tank?

July 29th, 2008 by Pamela

You guessed it.  I just got doing the stairs.  Although, this time, it’s finally been proven that I’m a psycho.

Here’s today’s play-by-play:

I climbed from 13 to 24 (11 floors, 22 flights of stairs).

I walked/ran down to 3 (21 floors, 42 flights of stairs).

And then, to prove how insane I am:

I climbed back up to 13 (10 floors, 20 flights of stairs).

Total:  42 up and 42 down.

If you have an oxygen tank that is currently not in use, please contact me immediately.

That is all.

I didn’t do the stair climber today, I just couldn’t stand the thought of all that pain. I did it yesterday for 15 minutes, I don’t know how many floors. I only know it hurt, a lot.

Doing real stairs is a lot more difficult, but really good exercise. My aerobics instructor that I’m thinking about hiring as a personal trainer, said stair climbing is one of the very best exercises.

    Great job Pamela!
