Weigh-In 7/8/08

Before we get to the good stuff, I have to first apologize for being MIA over the past several days.  I don’t have any excuse other than lethargy and a crazy schedule.  If I owe you an e-mail (you all know who you are), I promise I haven’t forgotten!  I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you, and I hope to have you written back by Thursday. Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone is having a happy 4th of July, regardless of who you’re spending it with or how you’re celebrating it (if you are). Weigh-In 7/1/08

Well, this is a first for me.  I weighed-in at exactly the same weight as I did last week.  Down to the same tenth of a pound.  It’s crazy.  So my loss/gain for the week is 0.0, but it’s better than gaining!  I’m blaming it on the stairclimbing and other added strength training I’ve been doing this past week.  I decided it was time to amp things up. However, I’m noticing a disturbing trend.  If you look at my Progress Chart, and look and compare from week 98 down and then from week 105 down, you might notice the [ ... ]
