No, I’m not talking about me. I’m talking about the grapes I’m eating. They’re black seedless grapes that I got at Whole Foods yesterday. While outrageously expensive, these things are HUGE and DELICIOUS! I mean, we’re talking the size of eyeballs here. Grapes have become my recent addiction. As usual, I’m a bit nervous about my weigh-in tomorrow. I kicked up my exercise this week a bit and have earned twice as many APs as I did last week (which, to be honest, wasn’t all that difficult), and that usually backfires on me in the weight loss department. But I’m still hopeful.
I’m also on day four of taking Metformin. I’m still doing pretty good. I’ve been lucky and have had no major side effects yet. I did test/trial runs over the weekend with the various foods I eat during the week to make sure they wouldn’t make me [ ... ]

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m ready for it. I know I bitched and bitched last winter about being cold, but bring on the cold! This heat is killing me! Okay, obviously not literally, but it’s so humid here, that I feel like I’m stepping into a sauna every time I step out of the door. It’s hard to breathe! Today, by the time I got to work, my temperature gauge in my car read 104 degrees!!
