Learning To Live After Losing A Person

Weekend Schmeekend

August 18th, 2008 by Pamela

Hi guys!  Well, I pretty much sent this weekend packing to hell in a chocolate and Lean Cuisine pizza-filled basket!  Yes, you read that right.  I was WAY (way, way, way) off plan.  And while there’s no chance of not having a huge gain on Tuesday, I’m really not finding it too much in my heart to care right now.

I also got nothing at all done.  And believe me, there was quite a long list of things to be accomplished.  It’s hard to find it in yourself to care, though, when you’re completely exhausted and feeling like crap.

I have my ultrasound in about 5 1/2 hours.  I’ll let you know how it goes.  I hope you got through your weekend better than I did!

Pamela - kiddo, you’ve got a lot on your shoulders right now with worrying about your health and dealing with the exhaustion. Taking a little break from Weight Watchers is okay, and if you have a little gain tomorrow, that’s okay too.

Once they figure out exactly what treatment to get you on and you’re not so tired and are feeling better, you’ll be okay.

Good luck with the MRI. I hope it goes well.

Oh - and chocolate AND Lean Cuisine pizza? That’s so something I would do. :)

I said MRI - I meant ultrasound. I hope your ultrasound goes okay. :)

    Pamela,
At least you included LC in your bender! I too went completely off program Saturday; I started eating potato chips that I thought were baked and before I knew it, realized that they weren’t, and by that time, I was like, “why not throw in a little Doritos, I haven’t had those in over a month!” It kind of progressed from there, but I’m back OP today. Good vibes coming your way regarding your ultrasound!
