Yesterday was the only day last week that I actually tracked all of my points. A few of the other days were kind of half-assed, and even more were total free-for-alls in the food department. Exercise at this point has become non-existent, although I hope to try make some headway in that department this week, too.
And yet, sometimes miracles do happen. I’m not sure how, exactly, but I actually lost 3.7 pounds! The only thing that really changed was that I didn’t eat out nearly as often as I have been lately. If I can lose almost 4 pounds without even trying, imagine what I could do if I decide to kick some ass! Although, it was probably just a fluke.
I continued tracking each and every point today. I did use quite a few flex points, but I am determined to stick with it throughout the rest of the week.
Total Lost: 156.6 pounds
To Goal: 16.3 pounds
