In the second miracle of the week, I actually stepped foot on my Wii Fit last night. When I turned it on and selected my name, it popped up with a message that said something like “well, look who it is!” And then stated “It’s been 41 days since your last visit.” Yeah, yeah. I know. I didn’t need the little balance board guy to rub it in. He is awfully cute though.
I decided that if I wanted to watch The Biggest Loser, then I was going to get my ass in gear and work out for a little bit even though I was really tired. So I turned on the Free Step option and set it for 20 minutes. I figured that would at least be a start to get myself going again. Well, that 20 minutes went by (not without me checking the clock multiple times to see how much longer), and decided “what the hell” and set it for another 20 minutes. Again, multiple instances of clock-checking ensued. But when those 20 minutes were up, I actually ended up setting it for another 10 minutes! So, I worked out for a grand total of 50 minutes. Big deal, I know, but it’s more than I’ve done in quite a while.
So, my butt is back in exercise mode. It’s nothing overly strenuous, but I can feel it in my legs today, and it is a step in the right direction. At least I’m moving and breaking a sweat, right?
I plan on doing the same when I get home from work tonight.
WARNING *****SPOILERS AHEAD******
As I said, I was working out while I was watching The Biggest Loser. I think the water slide looked fun (of course, not so much the running back up the hill), but knowing me, I probably would have gotten stuck halfway down like Amy did. At least I think that was her name. I thought all of the recipes they cooked sounded good and worth a try – except for the recipe containing mussels. Ugh. Double-ugh.
I was very disappointed that the yellow team stayed over the gray team. I had no sympathy whatsoever for the yellow team, since they put themselves in danger of elimination because of a completely stupid decision on their part. I think they should have gone. Besides, I liked the gray team better.
I haven’t decided which team is my favorite yet, but I think I’ve decided that my least favorite is the brown team.

So you realized, like I did, that Brady and Vicky were evil early on, huh? LOL
