Well, somehow I did it again! I weighed in today and lost another 2.3 pounds! It’s crazy since I went a little – okay, a lot – over my points Sunday night. So, I’m not quite sure how many flex points I used this week, but I know that I went way over. I did stay on plan 6 out of 7 days last week, though, which as you can see from my progress chart is progress for me. It must have made up for the splurge I had on Sunday.
I also upped my exercise a bit. It’s nowhere near what it was there for a while, but I’m gradually working my way up. I’m still exhausted all of the time, but I did my Wii Fit a few times and even got up early Saturday morning and went for an hour-long walk at the park.
Even with my splurge Sunday, I consider this week a success.








Wow! You’re doing great. I suspect I’ll have a gain this week. Me and my stupid binging problem. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
