Day Three = Success

Well, I was thisclose to skipping my walk and going back to bed, but I didn’t do it.  I actually kept my butt out of the sheets and went for a walk.  I walked for about 40 minutes and really pushed myself as far as intensity. I also only used 3.5 flex points today!  With my two activity points, that falls down to 1.5 flex points which is well under my five point limit.  All in all, I’d say day three is a success.
