
A while ago, I was posting often about climbing the stairs at work for exercise on breaks. I haven’t posted about it in a while and there is a very simple reason for that. I haven’t been doing it, due to my continuing fatigue issues.
Tonight, I decided to give it another whirl. I did my usual 11 floors (22 flights) up, but there was a difference this time.
Normally, I have to stop for a second (usually literally only a second or two) to catch my breath after four flights. I think part of my problem is that I seem to be physically [ ... ]

Since it is now 5:06 a.m. and I am just now starting to contemplate dinner and bed, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that I won’t be getting up early today to work out. I’d guess that that is pretty safe to say.
This time, it’s Pogo.com’s fault. Around 3:00 a.m., I thought about how I was really tired and would really like to go to bed so that I could get up early to work out (I swear, I did!), but I just wanted to finish one more challenge. Just one more. I was almost there.
