I’m currently in the middle of saying massive prayers for myself. For the longest time, I’ve dreamed of going to Ireland and as it stands, I could honestly say that for the past few years it has been my biggest dream in life. I have the chance to go with two very good friends in March. They’ve been so kind as to invite me along on their adventure. The added benefit is that they’ve already been once before.
My only problem now is figuring out how to pay for it. Luckily it’s several months away, so I have a bit of [ ... ]

My weigh-in was a success again today which is fantastic since it is my 125th week on Weight Watchers. I lost 1.6 pounds, which puts me back past the -160 mark. I’ve lost 160.2 pounds to be exact. I’m still 3.6 pounds over my lowest weight on this journey, but just give me time and I’ll be back in VFT (virgin fat territory).
One of my yummiest new meals is courtesy of those new Ziploc Zip ‘n Steam bags. This is the first time I’ve tried them and I have to say that I’m really impressed. I had some frozen tilapia, so I [ ... ]
