My weigh-in was a success again today which is fantastic since it is my 125th week on Weight Watchers. I lost 1.6 pounds, which puts me back past the -160 mark. I’ve lost 160.2 pounds to be exact. I’m still 3.6 pounds over my lowest weight on this journey, but just give me time and I’ll be back in VFT (virgin fat territory).
One of my yummiest new meals is courtesy of those new Ziploc Zip ‘n Steam bags. This is the first time I’ve tried them and I have to say that I’m really impressed. I had some frozen tilapia, so I threw a couple of small pieces in one of the bags and put some chunky salsa in on top. About four and a half minutes later, I had a seriously yummy dinner (for 2 points!). I also put some frozen zucchini, broccoli, and squash in another bag and three minutes later had perfectly steamed veggies. Now that’s my kind of cooking! I’m excited to see what else I can do with these bags.
I think I’m going to stick with 25 pts again for this week. I technically should be down to 24, but I think I’m going to stay on 25 until I stop losing. Why deprive myself of that extra point if I can keep losing on 25 pts? I lost this week, but we’ll see what happens in the coming week.
For those keeping track, I have 8.8 pounds to go until I reach my Christmas challenge. 12.7 to my goal.

Great week!!!! With the steam bags, try broccoli, soy sauce, and Splenda. Shake it up, and it tastes very Chinese Food like.
Congratulations on the loss! You’re doing so great!
And I agree with you 100%. If you can still lose at 25 points, then I’d certainly stay there. There’s no point in depriving yourself a point for no reason.
you are racing to goal, way to go Pamela. Why do those last few pounds take so long?? I have 4.4lb to go to my goal, although I would like to go a bit lower. Keep up the good work, you are my inspiration!
Thanks, everybody! It’s all because of you!
Thanks for the tip, Tony! I’ll be sure to try that.
Sandra, I wish I knew! I’ve heard that the last few pounds are the hardest. You’re doing great!
The steam bags do sound good. I may have to try that. Congradulations on your success!
Thank you, Wendi!
