He was freaking out by how many men do not wash their hands after using the bathroom. I told him he would outright die if he knew how many women didn't wash either! Yuck! But like you, I have faith in humanity and the goodness/kindness of *most* people. It's always nice to see that people are raising their children to be polite and caring. Our job is to be an example of "the goodness of humanity" because we never know when our actions on the street or in a grocery store will affect someone!
