Well, day one back on plan didn’t go so well. I didn’t quite track all of my points (i.e., any) as I had planned. I did try to cut down a bit though and tried to make (a few) healthier choices. I did peek at the scale again and I was down about a pound from yesterday. Not that that really means anything.
But tomorrow is another day and I plan to go hiking on Saturday (barring any unforeseen events)!
I say that if your body is capable of gaining 12 pounds over two weeks by eating a certain amount of points over the amount you should be eating, then it only makes perfect and logical sense that you should be able to lose 12 pounds over two weeks by eating the amount of points that you should be eating. Makes sense, right? It’s the way it should be!
