I hope everyone had a good weekend! Mine was decent. My plan for tracking everything that entered my mouth didn’t exactly happen. I can just imagine how shocked you all are by this.
I did, however, go on my hike on Saturday. I didn’t walk for very long, but my butt was up out of a seated position and my legs did move. So, I’d say that’s progress.
But you’d be proud of me! I actually counted my points today!! And, to top it off, I only used 4.5 flex points. I know it’s only one day, but that is major progress for me!
I think it’s been at least two weeks since I last even opened my online points tracker. It was a little slow to open as if saying, “who the hell are you and why are you disturbing my long siesta??” Either that, or maybe it was wracking its memory trying to find my most recently added items.
I did peek at the scale and was down a bit from my high from last week, but am not down to where I was, of course. I’m expecting to be pretty far off plan on Thursday and Friday since I’ll be going out of town, but am going to do my best the rest of this week, so that maybe I’ll actually show a loss on the 2nd. Imagine that!
