
One week back on plan and I lost 2.6 pounds! Whoohoo! I’m back down in the 180s – 188.1 to be exact.
I’m technically supposed to be at 24 points, but WW online allows you to adjust your points by plus or minus 3 points. After the last couple of months, I knew that there was no way that I would stay on plan at 24 points, so I adjusted it this week to 27 points a day.
