Cheeeeeeese, yes, please!

Anyone who has read any of my posts for a while knows that I adore cheese.  Just about every kind of cheese.  I could eat cheese morning, noon, and night (and every hour in between).

In discussing the weather the other day, Shawna mentioned this little gem of a story to me and my response?  “Be still my heart.”

Indiana Cheese Truck Crash

According to the story, the truck contained 43,000 pounds of cheese.  The woman in the news broadcast video on the link above said 56,000 pounds.  Either way, sounds like heaven to me.  Or it did until Shawna reminded me that it could have been some kind of nasty cheese.  Considering that the number of kinds of cheese that I like outweighs the number of kinds of cheese I don’t like, I think I’d be willing to take my chances.  ;)

I have been complaining about the temperature lately, but Shawna, 85 is just too damn warm for winter!  In fact, I’d hate it during the summer, too!  I like my cold weather, just not quite as cold as it has been.  I’d also like the temp to average out a bit.  Nice 30s or 40s would be nice.  This 10 degrees one day and 70 degrees the next is insane.  In fact, it’s supposed to be back up in the 60s next week.

And Sara?  Your polar bear comment cracked me up.  I think you live closer to me than almost everyone else who reads this blog.  In fact, I have some family that lives near Omaha.

I hope all of the rest of you stay warm!!  (or cool if you’re one of the lucky few in warm temps now!)

Girl, you crack me up! lol When we were in Jamaica for our wedding/honeymoon we were fortunate enough to stay in a suite that offered 24 hour room service with a butler. Sure, that was great, but it certainly did not compare to the cheese and cracker tray he brought us every day! lol Pamela, you would have died! It was so good! I don’t think we ever ate so much cheese in all of our lives and we both love cheese. It was to the point that he was having to bring us a fresh tray 3 times a day! lol I’ve never in my life ate cheese that good again. :o )
