
Weigh-In….or how to blow a whole week’s worth of hard work in a single day. I did fantastic all week, ate well within my points, went hiking on both Saturday and Sunday, and then sent it all down in a blaze of glory paved with Friday’s Chicken Fingers and Fries and an orgy of Peanut Clusters. Yummmmmm, but the couple of pounds I was down on Sunday, turned into a 1.2 pound gain on the scale today. I also have
