Thank you all so much. I’m overwhelmed by your comments. I know I’ve said it before, but all of your support means the world to me and I know I wouldn’t still be where I am without it. I know that I’ve learned so much myself from each one of you.

Beth, I love hearing from new people! I hope you will inspire other lurkers to come out of hiding. I’m only 31, but wish that I had figured out those things at your age. I hope to hear more from you in the future and look forward to checking out your blog, too!

Been lurking around for a while, finally decided to post.

“It is possible to care about what others think of me without losing sight of the fact that it really only matters what I think of me.” – I think it took me 28.5 years to figure this out. And I’ve just turned 29, so it’s a new concept for me. This is my key to understanding “Eating too much does not make me a bad, unworthy, or unlovable person.”

Thanks for the honesty here – it helps even more than the people you know virtually, it even helps us lurkers.
