
I kicked my scale’s butt this week, and not in the usual, I weigh so much it wants to cry kind of way. My first thought when I saw my weigh-in was “Holy Crap!” And then WHOOHOO! I lost 4.8 pounds for a grand total of 158.4 pounds gone. Of course, I’m still a few pounds over my lowest weight of last summer, and still have 14.5 pounds to go, but I’m heading in the right direction again. I give my recent addiction to whole wheat couscous all the credit. (Oh and you guys, of course!!!!)
