
I knew there was a lot of sodium in things. In fact, ever since I started Weight Watchers, I’ve been keeping an eye on it. If there’s a choice between two items fairly similar in nutritional information, I’ll always go with the one with less sodium. For example, I refuse to buy any canned vegetables that aren’t Del Monte’s No Salt Added canned vegetables. I rarely, if ever, put salt on anything.
