I was driving into Kansas City this afternoon and was completely in awe of the sun shining off of downtown. I think that the fact that it was somewhat of a cloudy day made it just that much more beautiful, but the sun was shining in full force from behind me and reflected off of many of the buildings. Winter is usually a pretty dreary time in KC. One thing I always try to do is to look for the beauty in the little things.
