
As far as food goes, my weekend BLEW with a capital blew. But exercise-wise, I’m pretty damn proud of myself. Friday night, I took a break at work to climb some of the stairs like I used to. It’s been a really long time since I’ve done that and was only able to make it about 14 floors (28 flights) this time. Of course, I was winded after about three floors and thought I was going to die by the time I was done.
