wow. I missed a lot this week! congrats on the loss and all the physical activity. While I can't imagine the loss of someone so close, your story is certainly a good wake up call in a number of ways. How cool that I got to be #1000! I had put it off until I had more time at work…lol.
That Zicam I swear by, although the whole dept here has had the flu, I haven’t. Interesting!
Kudos for you on the walking, that’s something I’m going to try and do this weekend too, we have some beautiful trails here.
I know how tough those anniversaries are too Pamela, my Mom died the day before Mother’s day in 2001….so it’s always tough. I’ll re-run the post I wrote about her that day, and try like you did to make it a positive day with good memories shared. She wouldn’t want it any other way. Your brother would be so proud of you!
