
So I’ve decided to call my latest weird concoction “Mardis Gras Couscous” just because it’s rather colorful and because I just pretty much threw in everything that I could think of, or that caught my eye at the store.
I got the idea from the other various concoctions I’d tried with my whole wheat couscous. I had tried it with lean ground turkey and lean ground beef and decided that I liked the consistency of the ground beef better.
I cooked the 96% lean ground beef without using any added oil, just adding a bit of Pam (not me, the cooking spray!) to the [ ... ]
