
You know what they say when people disappear or stop posting in the weight-loss blogging world – that things are not going well or that they’ve fallen off the wagon.
In my case, both would be true.
I really don’t know what my deal is lately. I’ve completely gone back to my old ways. Granted, my old binging ways are tempered a teensy bit and involve a great deal more fruits and veggies, but they still consist of consuming massive quantities of calories without thinking about it first.
I think I’ve been a little depressed lately, too, for some reason – hence the not [ ... ]
