Learning To Live After Losing A Person

Happy 4th of July!

July 4th, 2009 by Pamela

I just wanted to post a quick note to wish all of my american friends a Happy 4th of July!

I’m going to the farmer’s market this morning and then to “the boat” a/k/a one of the several casinos in our town.  What can I say, my mom talked me into it and we haven’t been in over six months.  Wish me luck!

Later, we’re going to grill out and I’m going to try to behave myself (food-wise anyway).

And if the rain ever cuts it out enough that the grass can dry, I’ll be mowing the lawn.  So that’s my exciting day in a nutshell.  Hope you have a good one!

    Hi Pamela,
It sounds like a well-rounded Saturday you’re going to have.
We have a new farmer’s market opening here in Windsor today but I’ll take a pass … it’ll probably be very busy.
Lots of Luck at the Boat!
    Enjoy your day.

Thanks guys! I had a great weekend. The farmer’s market did turn out to be crazy-busy, but I’m glad I went.

Ella, I believe we have four casinos in KC right now, but they’re talking about creating a couple more!

I hope you guys had a great 4th, as well!
