I had a bit of a sad moment earlier when I was upgrading my WordPress and otherwise tweaking my blog a bit. I stumbled across my “Photos” page and forced myself to look at it. The sad part was when I saw my pics from my lowest weight. Ah, kind of depressing. But I know I can get there again.
I’ve been doing better the past few days. Been feeling a bit better physically (finally getting rid of the aftereffects of the swine flu). Been feeling a bit better mentally. So have been eating a bit better. No serious counting yet, [ ... ]
