Learning To Live After Losing A Person

Weigh-In 11/24/09

November 24th, 2009 by Pamela

Unfortunately, my “Just Do It” plan didn’t go so well.  In fact, I didn’t even make it through the next day.  In fact, the whole weekend kind of went up in smoke.

BUT.

I DID do better than I had been.  I did make some better choices.  And I did get back on track the past two days.  I even counted!  And somehow it all payed off.

I LOST THREE POUNDS this week!  Granted, I’m still way, way, way, way, way, way up from where I was, but it’s encouragement that I needed.

Lots of thoughts have been going through my head lately.  I just need to get them straightened out and into some kind of coherent order before I can share.

If I don’t post before then, I hope all of my friends that celebrate it have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Congrats on the nice loss Pam, as you know, only you can decide what you want to do with you diet and exercise plan. Unfortunately I do not exercise like I should.. but I am so glad that I try and eat healthy 95 percent of the time. Notice I said try. I can’t imagine what I would look like if I didn’t.

Way to go on the 3 pounds! That just shows that making better choices, even small ones, can help us get back on track! :)

Hi Pamela. That 3lbs loss shows you definitely are moving in the right direction. Just keep on going doing whatever you can manage. It will build up over time.

    Best wishes,
    Bearfriend xx
