Hi Pamela. I think it's OK to eat what you want on a holiday. I don't know if your problem with losing your focus (at non-holiday times) is similar to Leslie at Something Brilliant is Brewing (on my blog list)? She manages 3/4 good days a week and 3/4 bad days and it's been going on for months and is driving her nuts! I myself have really struggled to get back to a good routine with my eating after being in bingeing hell for several months. But I have managed it now - such a relief. Check out my last post which addresses Leslie's problem (and mine!). I'll be interested to hear if you relate to it.

Best wishes,
Bearfriend xx
