The countdown to the release of “Lbs.” has begun and it’s only a little over a week away for the NY premiere. I’m so excited for them!

A very good friend of mine who I met through this wonderful blogging community (an incredibly supportive person who I thank God for having met every day) recently rejoined Weight Watchers. Yay for her! Unfortunately, her first week back on plan was a week in which she and her husband took an out-of-town trip. I’ll pause so that we can all gasp in horror. I personally know that being on a vacation or going out of town is one of the hardest times to stay on plan.
