I hope everyone is having a fantastic Saturday!
It’s still snowing here, and has been coming down all day. The world is gorgeous today, but cold and wet! By the time we finished all of our errands, my hair was just soaked.
Unfortunately, due to the direction our house faces, even if there’s only an inch or two of snow on the ground, it all drifts up right in front of our door!
We ran to Target earlier this afternoon:
And I’m telling you, I hate this time of year -- don’t get me wrong, I love Easter, but seeing these things [ ... ]

Hi folks! Well, I seem to be on a roll! Sorry for so many posts in the past couple of days, but I just can’t seem to shut up!
I just got off the treadmill – haven’t even hopped in the shower yet – but I wanted to share this with you.

I just read a post over at We Are the Real Deal asking what we would tell our younger selves.
Back on November 14, 2008, I posted “Talking to My Younger Self.” Click on the link to read it.
I have to say that rereading that tonight was really an eye opener. And kind of sad, too, to see how far I’ve slipped. Like the person who posted the article over at the “Real Deal” site, I would also have to tell my younger self to make sure and stand up for herself.

When I left for work this afternoon, it was gorgeous, but windy, and 56 degrees F.
When I came home from work tonight, I came home to this (sorry for the crappy photo – my cell wasn’t behaving itself):
What you can’t tell from the photo is that it’s still coming down blizzard-like. Oh, the roads were a mess – I had a cop swerving all over the road in front of me, crazy-ass nut-jobs flying by me at 50 and then nearly swerving off the road, and practically zero visibility at some points.
