Hi all! Sorry for so many posts today, but I just wanted to let you know that I just got good news about my dad. My mom just called me and said that everything looks fine with the CT scan, his heart looks great – no signs of heart attack or anything like that, and his blood pressure is behaving itself. They sat him up and it was fine and stood him up and walked him around and it’s fine. Hallelujah.
They have no idea what caused it, but said that it may have just been a result of the fall.

Hi all! We’re still waiting to hear news about my dad – I just talked to my mom and the nurse said that the doctor is just now reviewing the CT scan from last night and then will be up to talk to them. I’m still at home as I’m still not feeling well – I feel guilty about that, but my grandma just took my mom her lunch and I don’t think there’s much I can do there anyway. Thank you all so much for your kind comments. They are much appreciated.

So you all know that I’ve been pretty focused on the movie “Lbs.” lately. Again, understatement. I’ve posted so many things about it and have been finding so many reviews about it now that it has been released, that it was getting hard for me to keep track of all of the gems that I had found. So let me tell you about my Friday.
First, I was getting ready to make pancakes this morning at about 4:30 am for part of my dinner (remember my odd schedule, right?). I was getting ready to mix the batter, when I heard a sound like something dropped. But immediately after that, I heard my mom’s shower shut off. I figure maybe she just dropped something in the shower. But after thinking about it for a minute, I decided that I better check to make sure.
