Hi all! We’re still waiting to hear news about my dad – I just talked to my mom and the nurse said that the doctor is just now reviewing the CT scan from last night and then will be up to talk to them. I’m still at home as I’m still not feeling well – I feel guilty about that, but my grandma just took my mom her lunch and I don’t think there’s much I can do there anyway. Thank you all so much for your kind comments. They are much appreciated.
So while I don’t have news yet about my dad, I do have news about “Lbs.” I heard from Marc Victor, one of the executive producers, early this morning. He said that the premiere is going great and that “The movie got 16 out of 18 positive reviews.” He said they will be posted on the official site. I did notice that there are new critic’s quotes up already and that on the “contact” page, there is now a place where you can sign up for e-mail updates. I’ve also added a few more links to reviews on the page I created.
But the best part is that he said the film will be going nationwide soon!!!!! Yay!!
I’ll keep y’all posted as I learn more.
