Hi all!
Just a quick post tonight. I was down 2.8 on the scale today, but since I was up way more than that last week, I don’t really feel like it’s much of a success. I’m going to just keep plodding along.
Anyone watching “The Biggest Loser”? Are you watching tonight? No spoilers since they showed this on the preview, but O’Neil about broke my heart tonight when he was struggling with losing his brother. I’ve been there. I know what he’s going through, and seriously, I almost couldn’t watch. I wish I could give him a hug.
And I love Daris!!

Congrats on the nice loss Pam!!!

Way to stick with it Pam! I’m right there with you! I know how frustrating it can be going up and down, back and forth! But the important thing is that we don’t quit and we just keep on moving forward!
As for as BL, I’m to the point that I have to watch with a box of kleenex! lol I love the end… seeing how much success everyone has had brings me great joy, but I hate seeing people have to go home; especially after I’ve gotten so attached to them! lol I can’t wait for next week! ( :

2.8 lbs is a giant success.
You need to speak positively to yourself. Give yourself credit for your achievements, even the small ones!
I would love to lose 2.8lbs this week. That would be fantastic. You have done really well…especially considering the stress lately. Well done!

Great job on the 2.8 lbs loss !!!! I love the BL and have even started PVRing past seasons late at night. Last night broke my heart and I know it’s a show but I wanted the camera to back off from O’neil and let him break down privately. I guess it shows real life happens though. I like Darius too!

Celebrate the 2+ lbs gone, and rejoice they only dropped by to visit briefly before you had the good sense to kick them out!
Good Job!
As for TBL, I gave up watching TV a couple years ago, but even when I watched I couldn’t watch TBL. Made me feel like I was a spectator at the Roman colleseum only instead of a lion, there was Jillian! Seriously, it isn’t healthy for the contestants (not good for their hearts to lose that fast) and creates a distorted image of weight loss as a competitive sport. But what do I know…I AM an old fuss budget.
Yay on your loss! You are successful! You got back on track and lost some of what you regained…that’s SUCCESS! I watched BL last night and I felt badly for O’Neil. So sad. I’m glad the person who was sent home left. She seemed to do much better at home, anyway.
Great job on the loss. This process is often 2 steps forward 1 step back, so don’t be too hard on yourself.
I watched Biggest Loser. It was gut wrenching to watch O’Neil. I hated that challenge they did though. Why they would set something up that dangerous seems a little irresponsible on BL’s part. I love Daris too. Is he not the cutest most humble guy. I hope he is in the finals.
