I will definately save up for her book. Self acceptance is a major challenge for me...but I've made a lot of progress with that issue in the last year. One thought that has helped me (and that I try to remember always) is the idea that when I judge myself or maintain expectations for myself that are harsh, then I am condemning ALL parts of me, including the most vulnerable, caring, loveable parts. That helps me realize how unfair I am being with myself and I can let go of the need to judge myself. I'm so happy you get to hear this wonderful writer! Brown’s writing is awesome.
