
Today brings you a very exhausted (still not much sleep-ha understatement) Pamela, but a totally thrilled Pamela, as well. (Two Pamela’s for the price of one!)
I just weighed in and lost 6.3 pounds this week! WHOOHOO! Boy, do I have that yo-yo’ing on the scale thing down or what? Seriously though, I think I’m starting to learn how to listen to my body, because I didn’t track this week. I even had a couple of binges earlier in the week. I must have made up for it though!
