
Today was weigh in day and I was pleased to see that I am down another 1.7 pounds! For those of you crazy kids keeping track at home, that marks a loss two weeks in a row!! This is the first time that has happened since the beginning of July.
I confess that I am still not tracking. I know that on some days I go WAY over my points. I know that on other days, I am probably WAY under my points. I absolutely cannot explain what I’m doing or how I’m doing it. I’m mostly eating when I need [ ... ]

Well, today was weigh-in day. Sadly, though I was showing a loss last Thursday, I was up a bit (0.8 lb to be exact) on the scale today. But you know what? I’m totally happy with that! I had a good week – spent time with friends and family and enjoyed myself. And the fact that I was pretty much able to maintain my weight while doing it? Hallelujah! Today brings you a very exhausted (still not much sleep-ha understatement) Pamela, but a totally thrilled Pamela, as well. (Two Pamela’s for the price of one!)
I just weighed in and lost 6.3 pounds this week! WHOOHOO! Boy, do I have that yo-yo’ing on the scale thing down or what? Seriously though, I think I’m starting to learn how to listen to my body, because I didn’t track this week. I even had a couple of binges earlier in the week. I must have made up for it though!

Today was weigh in day and unfortunately, I showed a 1.1 pound gain. But surprisingly, I was very okay with it. While a bit disappointed, I actually had an extremely positive attitude about it all.
First, I had Mexican (chips/salsa, grilled chicken fajitas with sour cream and guacamole) for lunch and then the leftovers for dinner on Saturday. I snacked way more than I should have late Saturday night – not crazy off-plan things (like ice cream), but definitely more than I should have had and didn’t count it. Hi all! I think this post might be fairly short, because I’m pretty much running on fumes right now. I’ve had very little sleep since the end of last week. While some circumstances helped make that happen, a lot of it is my own fault (and the damn show, “
Supernatural“). I’m also attempting to get my dad sucked into the show “Angel,” and he and I have been watching a few episodes when I got off work the past few nights. Which pushes back my “Supernatural” watching, and since I just can’t wait to see what happens, that [ ... ]

Well, I’m really sad to see my
“Lbs.” movie experience post get bumped down on my blog page, but it’s weigh in day, and I guess it can’t stay at the top forever. Oh wait. Yes, it can. This is my blog and I can do what I want So I’ve added it under my favorite posts at the right.
Not surprisingly, I gained. But I only gained 1.1 pounds! Considering that I ate like the cookie monster from Saturday night through Sunday night, it’s truly a testament to how much walking I did Friday and Saturday [ ... ]

Today’s post title has a couple of different meanings. The first is about my weigh in. As I posted yesterday morning, I actually stayed on plan ALL week this week! How was your weekend? Do anything fun? I was up bright and early Saturday morning on a hunt for new workout shoes. Unfortunately, I have big feet and pretty flat arches, so it’s not an easy proposition. I tried several different ones on and ended up going with ones that my friend, Shawna, recommended. They’re the Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax. They felt incredible in the store, but after a few hours of wearing them, my feet were pretty sore. I’m going to give them a good workout on the treadmill over the next couple of weeks and hopefully [ ... ]

Just a quick post tonight. I was down 2.8 on the scale today, but since I was up way more than that last week, I don’t really feel like it’s much of a success. I’m going to just keep plodding along.
Anyone watching “The Biggest Loser”? Are you watching tonight? No spoilers since they showed this on the preview, but O’Neil about broke my heart tonight when he was struggling with losing his brother. I’ve been there. I know what he’s going through, and seriously, I almost couldn’t watch. I wish I could give him a hug.

Hi all! Can you believe that it has been 200 weeks since I joined Weight Watchers? I can’t! Time sure flies. On June 5th, it will have been four years. FOUR YEARS?! What the heck? Where does time go?
So yeah, unfortunately for several months during 2009, I was off plan, but I’m still factoring those weeks in. And unfortunately, I was up 0.5 pounds at weigh in today. Ah, well. You know, seriously, I can’t complain. It’s the first time I’ve been up since 3/2/10, and it’s not even a whole pound. And [ ... ]

I know! *gasp* But Mr. Carmine Famiglietti mentioned it on my Facebook page (my fault for not telling him it was a secret!) and since I couldn’t bring myself to delete his comment, I figured I’d spill the beans since she’d probably see it anyway. Hi all! Boy, am I having one of those days!
First, I think my body has gone into rebellion mode. I think it’s been saying to me lately “Screw you! I don’t care what your work hours are. You’re going to sleep when and as much as I want you to!” Or maybe it’s my brain. I’m not sure. But my sleeping the past couple of days has looked like this:
Toss.
Turn.
Repeat.
In fact, this morning I went to bed around 5:30 am. I woke up at 8:15 am. I didn’t fall back asleep until about noon, and then had to wake back [ ... ]

Sorry for the quick post today. Thing have been crazy at work and our internet connection was down at home last night. Hopefully everything will be back up and running tonight.
I wanted to share my weigh in with you, though! I lost 3.3 pounds! That means I dropped out of a decade that I definitely didn’t want to be in. Not that I really want to be in the one I’m in now, but it’s better than the alternative!
I’ve also now lost 10.4 pounds since the end of January! I’m very happy with that because if [ ... ]

I hopped on the scale today to the tune of a 0.3 pound gain. Ugh. But seriously, how can I really complain about that? It’s not even a full pound! I know I’m not losing as fast as I’d like – or as fast as I did before – but I’ve nipped my skyrocketing gains in the bud and have proven to myself that I DO have some control over this.
Unfortunately, my weight tracking chart isn’t as pretty as it once was, in fact it’s got a nice inverted bell curve going on, but at least [ ... ]

Hi everybody!
Today I stepped on the scale for my *official* weigh-in and I’m sure the look on my face was priceless. I proceeded to step off the scale, wait for it to turn off, poke it with my foot to reset it, hop back on, check out the weight it stated and then repeated the whole process two or three more times. At one point, I even grabbed a big bottle of vinegar that was sitting nearby (long story….) and hopped back on just to make sure that it wasn’t just giving me the same total every time because of [ ... ]
