You could hurt yourself! Remember the thing about trying to walk 10,000 steps a day? Everyone use to talk about it. Well, I bought a cheap little pedometer and it's kind of fun trying to make the 10,000 steps. I find myself taking the long way around to get to the kitchen at the office. I walk over and talk to my coworkers instead of sending an email. I park farther away at work and at the grocery store. Anything to get a few more steps in. Get a pedometer and give it a try. It's actually kind of fun trying to get up to 10,000. I didn't even come close yesterday. I was only at 2900.
