So I kept seeing Extra sugar-free gum being flashed every time anyone turned around on The Biggest Loser, so I thought maybe chewing gum might help stave off some of these crazy little binges I’ve been going on lately. I started off trying Extra, but wasn’t all that satisfied with it, so I decided to try Trident.
I used to always chew Eclipse or Stride, but wanted to try some fruity flavors for a change.

I know that my gum contains 5 calories if it is chewed, but how many calories is it if I accidentally swallow some of it from laughing too hard?
What, you may ask, was I laughing so hard at? We were watching the movie “Superbad” tonight. I have to admit that a great deal of it made me cringe, but there’s one scene in particular that cracks me up even now just thinking about it.
