Today brought a gift

I love waffles.  I always have.  Since starting Weight Watchers, my two favorite brands have been Eggo Low-Fat Nutrigrain and Kashi Honey Oat.  Both are delicious and are 3 points for a serving of two waffles.  At least they were until this week. While the Eggo ones are good, the Kashi have been my favorite.  I think their flavor is just a bit better.  Unfortunately, they are also quite a bit more expensive, so I’ve stuck to the Eggo ones for quite a while. Fiber Gourmet Pasta

There is no bigger staple in my food pantry than Fiber Gourmet Pasta.  I can’t possibly praise it highly enough or recommend it more.  There are some weeks where I have this stuff virtually every day! It’s not exactly like typical pasta, but it’s pretty darn close.  Really close! They have several different varieties, ALL of which are only 2 points for a 2oz (dry) serving.  For a serving of the same size, regular pasta is usually 4 points and whole wheat pasta usually runs 3 points.
